The Last of Us Part 1 seems not to be so “difficult” to platinum it, the list of trophies leaks
– Reviews News
The trophies of The Last of Us Part 1 leaked online and it looks like The naughty dog dropped the requirement to earn difficulty-based trophies for the coveted platinum.
In the original game, players had to complete the campaign on max difficulty to unlock platinum. 2013's The Last of Us was a notoriously difficult trophy hunt, with an overall average completion rate of 9% with a completion rate of 4,09%, for PSNProfiles.
However, it's worth bearing in mind that The Last of Us Part 1 will have Grounded and Permadeath modes, so difficulty-based trophies might be released separately, but without any platinum influence. Most of the trophies are for collectibles and completing Part 1 and the Left Behind DLC. For some reason, the Complete Joel Upgrade Trophy with Extras has also been removed. There are also a handful of new trophies tied to performing certain actions in the game, like riding in an elevator with Sam and Henry, petting Buckley the dog, and a few others.
