The "Breaking Bad" prequel "Better Call Saul" has built up a large fan base over the years and a number now view the series on par with the original. However, viewers have to accept that the current sixth season will also be the last one. In the current episode, there's another twist, as "Nippy" takes place on the timeline completely after the events of "Breaking Bad" and shows a Jimmy McGill/Saul Goodman who has actually gone into hiding. Really.
Warning, from here, follow the spoilers for “Better Call Saul”! If you haven't seen the current episode, be careful.
There's a surprising reunion with taxi driver Jeff, who identified Gene Takavic (that's what Jimmy is now called) as Saul Goodman in a Season 5 flash forward and thus became potentially dangerous to him. Now Gene is going on the offensive because he wants to get the upper hand. His plan: He involves Jeff in criminal activities in order to blackmail him later. Fans are initially irritated, however, because Jeff is being played by a new actor.
Change of actor at Netflix: it's behind it all
Don Harvey played Jeff in seasons four and five. Now Pat Healy suddenly slips into the role, which bears virtually no visual resemblance to its predecessor. A fan page for the series on Instagram had already reported in early July what was behind the change of actors, citing a privileged source.
As a result, Don Harvey could no longer be on camera for "Better Call Saul", because he had to fulfill contractual obligations for the HBO production "We Own This City".

What several viewers noticed in the new episode: The "new Jeff" seems much more harmless than the old one, which caused a lot of nervousness. As a reminder, at the start of Season 5, an unstable Jimmy almost called his "lifesaver" Ed Galbraith about Jeff.
Fans unhappy with new cast
As a result, one fan on Twitter is now wondering: “ Oh my god I thought the actor had a facelift or something, because everything looked a little wrong. This actor isn't as menacing or scary as the original 'Jeff'. »

This user can no longer subpoena Jeff at all and asks helplessly in the Twitter trick: “Wait a minute, who is this Jeff? I'm so confused, what am I missing? Is he cartel or something like that? »

Meanwhile, this user comes to the clear conclusion: Don Harvey was clearly better in the role.
#BetterCallSaul I liked Jeff's old actor better, too bad he didn't have time and had to be recast.

Another fan is now even discovering a resemblance between Jeff and Howard Hamlin (Patrick Fabian), who was just killed by Lalo Salamanca (Tony Dalton) in "Better Call Saul". That doesn't make it any less complicated.
By the way, after “Nippy”, there are only three episodes of “Better Call Saul” left, so the series is over. Whether there will be a reunion with Jeff is unclear.
(Yes)
The professional dancer Christina Luft is currently enjoying the time away from "Let's Dance": This August vacation in Italy was announced with her partner Luca Hänni, and the two were not left alone. With Christina's former show dance partner, Mike Singer, and his girlfriend Sophie Lilian Marstatt, there was a rowdy party on a boat.
