'Death Note,' 'Vampire Knight,' and More Anime Leaving Netflix in October 2022

Some big anime titles might be leaving Netflix in the US in October 2022. Titles like Death threat, Bleach, vampire knightYes Berserk display deletion dates. That's what you need to know.
All of these titles are set to leave Netflix on October 15, 2022, so let's review what the removal notices now show:
- Berserk: The Golden Age Arc I – The King's Egg (2012) – Loner Guts is recruited by Griffith and his band of mercenaries, but their subsequent success as a full-fledged army could lead to a horrible fate.
- Berserk: The Golden Age Arc II – The Battle of Doldrey (2012) – For three years, Guts believed his mission was to pursue Griffith's dream with him. But to become Griffith's equal and truly his friend, Guts realizes he will have to leave the Falcon Band.
- Berserk: The Golden Age III – Advent (2013) – A year after leaving the Band of the Hawk, Guts joins them in an epic battle to defeat the Hand of God and save Griffith from a hellish fate.
- Bleach Movie: Fade to Black (2008) – When her mind is clouded by an alien wielding a scimitar, Mayuri destroys her lab, releasing a cloud of reishi that devastates the Seiretei.
- Bleach the Movie: Hell Verse (2010) – When a group of evil sinners plan to escape from this eternal prison in Hell, they discover that Substitute Soul Reaper Ichigo is the key to their freedom. The Sinners launch an attack and in the process kidnap Ichigo's younger sister.
- Death Note (Season 1) – When a Japanese high school student comes into possession of a mystical notebook, he discovers that it has the power to kill anyone whose name he writes in it.
- Vampire Knight (Season 1) – At Cross Academy, two members of the student disciplinary committee are tasked with keeping the peace between a human class and a nocturnal class of vampires.
Some of these titles are currently evolving under a new contract with Nippon TV. Netflix US is not believed to have participated in this recent deal.
Of course, Netflix is still working on its own growing library of Netflix original anime, which now numbers over 100 titles.
Another Japanese anime series is also showing a takedown notice earlier in the month. We're referring to Food Wars!: Shokugeki no Soma, which has already been downsized to the first season for the past few months, and will see all remaining episodes released on October 1.
