| Scammers and thieves! One week before our departure, our return flight (a connection) was canceled by the airline (Turkish Airlines). The Gotogate agency obviously didn't bother to warn us!!! When we contact them to find a solution, the agents on the phone are rude. They first ask us to wait 1 week and call them back!!!!! | Terrible customer service. My flight has been canceled I contact the agency to book another flight: 1st operator he modifies my canceled flight and offers me to modify the previous flight in order to have a less important stopover.
