For create an e-mail address from SFR Mail, please follow these steps:

  1. Enter your login details to connect to SFR mail.
  2. Click on "Connect me".
  3. Open the Settings menu by clicking on the nut-shaped button.
  4. Click on "Manage secondary e-mail addresses".
  5. Then on the button "Create a new e-mail address".
  6. Enter the desired email address and password.
  7. Fill in the personal information about the user of this new address.
  8. Click on the Validate button.

A confirmation message is displayed and summarizes all the addresses associated with your main account. If you don't have an email address before, you must create an e-mail address from the SFR customer area follow these steps:

  1. Visit the email creation page of your Customer Area.
  2. Please login.
  3. Enter the desired email address and password.
  4. Fill in the personal information about the user of this new address.
  5. Click on the Validate button.

  7. In the "Outgoing mail server" section, enter the following data:
    1. Host name: whatever the chosen email address and whatever the selected email retrieval mode (IMAP / POP), always enter smtp-auth.sfr.fr.
    2. Username and Password: delete the pre-entered information.
  8. Remember to save the changes made by pressing the Save button.
  9. An "Cannot connect with SSL" window appears. Click on Yes to finalize the settings.

To delete your SFR mailbox, there are two methods: delete the e-mail address from SFR Mail or from your SFR Customer Area.

  1. Visit your SFR Customer Area.
  2. Fill in your login details and click on "Connect".
  3. Click on "Offer".
  4. Select " SERVICES ".
  5. Then, click "Manage your email addresses" in the Useful section at the bottom of the page.
