Why is the Brave Browser not downloading?

It's also possible that your settings or antivirus are preventing the download, but there is a way to fix it, and in today's guide we'll show you how to do it.
What should I do if I can't install the Brave Browser?
1. Install the standalone version

- Select BraveBrowserStandaloneSetup.exe and download it
- Once the file is downloaded, run it and the installation should work without any problems.
2. Try another browser
While Brave is a great option, it's not the only secure browser on the web. Opera is quite similar to Brave as both are powered by Chromium engine.
When it comes to privacy features, you can find built-in tracking protection, ad blocker, and VPN, so you can browse the web without worrying about your privacy again.
The software also has some unique features, such as workspaces that allow you to organize your tabs and built-in integration for messaging services, such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and many more.

5. Run the installation as administrator
