A new film adaptation of the book, the thriller series “Part of Her,” recently launched. However, one character is not well received by Netflix viewers.
"Pieces of her" has been available on Netflix* since March 4, 2022. The series is generally good. After all, it's number one on Netflix's Top 10 (as of March 8, 2022). The eight-part thriller series follows Andy Oliver (Bella Heathcote) as she tries to come to terms with her mother's (Toni Collette) dark past. The series is based on the 2018 novel of the same name by Karin Slaughter.
However, a character from the Netflix series developed by Charlotte Stoudt does not appeal too much to viewers. Although they are drawn to the series' many twists and turns, they seem to collectively resent the "dumb" choices made by Heathcote's character. On Twitter, they tell how much they find it "boring".

Netflix viewers are bothered by the 'Part of Her' character
On Twitter, they complain about how "boring" they find Andy Oliver. For example, in the comments, one viewer said, “All I want to know is will Andy ever stop being a dumbass and such a baby? I can't stand them but I'm too invested to stop now,” while another added, “I started 'Pieces of Her' last night and it pissed me off. Andy acts like a fucking KID.
And another viewer isn't much more forgiving of the character either, calling him " the most annoying character i've seen in years“. But the reviews don't seem to hurt the show. After all, millions of Netflix users want to stream Part of Her. (swa) *tz.de is an offer of IPPEN.MEDIA.
