– Reviews News
Bethesda released a new one trailer for The Elder Scrolls Online: High Isle, the new expansion in preparation on PC and consoles this summer. Not only that, the first glimpses from the Breton chapter of the MMO, with details on the new location, the Dreadsail Reef trial and the Tales of Tribute card game.
As you can read in our preview of The Elder Scrolls Online: High Isle, the MMO's new expansion promises to offer at least 30 hour quest which will take place in the Systres archipelago. With this new setting, the Zenimax Online team had carte blanche, since it is uncharted territory in the series and therefore has no "lore" to respect. Among the content at launch will also be Dreadsail Rift, a new pirate-themed 12-player trial that will require teamwork and coordination as usual to complete challenges and defeat bosses.
We also learn the first details about Tribute Tales, tavern card game that will include both PvP and PvE activities with a real dedicated storyline. The rules seem simple enough but with some interesting dynamics that seem to hide some depth, with the potential to significantly extend the longevity of the expansion.
We remind you that The Elder Scrolls Online: High Isle will be available on PC, PS4, Xbox One, PS5, Xbox Series X | S and Google Stadia from 6th June 2022. If you've been behind on expansions, you'll be happy to hear that Morrowind is now free for all players.
