Marvel's Avengers: Nick Fury and a Redesigned War Table with Patch 2.3
– Reviews News
The 2022 roadmap for Marvel's Avengers is still unknown, but in the meantime the folks at Crystal Dynamics have announced that the expected patch 2.3 will be released on March 23rd bringing two important innovations in dowry.
First, Marvel's Avengers Patch 2.3 will introduce Nick Fury, but not as a playable character. The Marvel Universe's supreme spy will be positioned at the War Table on the Helicarrier as part of the Avengers Initiative. Fury will effectively replace JARVIS and Maria Hill in the campaign opening narrative, new video tutorials, and some missions. It's about an addition aimed primarily at new playersbut veterans can come back to appreciate what the spy has to say.
The other great novelty concerns the war table, which will no longer see its missions renewed every 15 minutes. On the contrary, Drop Zones and Threat Sectors will always be available, while Hives will only spawn upon reaching a power level comparable to the level of the region they are in. Each region will have a recommended minimum and maximum level:
- East Coast – Power Level 1-25
- Pacific Northwest – Power Level 25-50
- Utah Badlands – Power Level 50-75
- Snowy Tundra – Power Level 75-100
- Future Wasteland - Power Level 100-125
- Wakanda – Power Level 100-140
For the occasion, they will also be added a series of new missions:
- This Hostile Earth: Threat Sector – Snowy Tundra
- Desperate Times: Drop Zone – Wasteland of the Future
- Cavorite Crash Site: Drop Zone – Future Wastelands
- Blood from a Stone: Threat Sector – Future Wastelands
- Wasteland Vault and Wasteland Vault Elite: Vault – Future Wasteland
- Illusion of Truth and Unthinkable (Elite): Taskmaster Villain Sector – Future Wastelands
