A jogger was sexually assaulted by a cyclist on an exercise path near West Street in Lower Manhattan on Sunday morning, cops said.
The attack happened around 6 a.m. on the Hudson River Greenway at Pier 40 near West and Clarkson streets, police said.
The attacker pushed the woman down, strangled her and sexually assaulted her before swiping her cellphone, cops said. He then fled on a bicycle in an unknown direction.
Police released surveillance video and photos Monday showing the man just before the attack.

EMS took the woman to the hospital for pain and bruising.
The assailant is described as bearded, about 5'9", 180 pounds and between 20 and 30 years old. He was last seen wearing dark clothing.
Surveillance video was taken in the area of West Street and Charles Lane prior to the incident.
