John Williams has said he would "love" to write the next James Bond soundtrack.
The American composer, who celebrated his 90th birthday in February, created world-renowned musical compositions, including scores for Star Wars, Harry Potter and Jurassic Park.
Williams is working on the soundtrack for the next Indiana Jones film, having provided the score for previous films in the franchise.
Speaking to Classic FM, he said he had completed 30% of the soundtrack for the fifth installment, which will feature Harrison Ford. “I've pretty much finished the thematic diagram. But we'll probably work on that until September,” Williams said.
When asked if he would like to create work for James Bond, Williams replied, “I would love that. He then talked about the process of creating a soundtrack.
