The Miami Dolphins are scheduled to face the Las Vegas Raiders in their Week 2 preseason battle on Saturday night at Hard Rock Stadium.
Mike McDaniel's team beat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in their first game under his management, using a timeout in the final seconds to ice their kicker, which resulted in a missed field goal. With rookie quarterback Skylar Thompson playing the entire game, and few Miami starters playing at all, it's unclear how much of an indication that is for their future.
The Raiders, led by Josh McDaniels, won both of their preseason games, beating the Jacksonville Jaguars in the Hall of Fame game and the Minnesota Vikings the following week. However, they did both without their quarterback tandem of Derek Carr and Davante Adams.
It's unclear who will play for both teams at that time as the coaches haven't made the information public yet. No matter who plays, McDaniels and McDaniel have offensive systems that should provide fans with tons of entertainment.
