14nd step : When saving your subtitle file, add the file extension '.vtt' to the file name. Also disable the option "If no extension is provided, use .txt".

How to Add Video Subtitles to a PowerPoint Presentation

Step 1: In the presentation file, select the video you added to your slide.
Step 2: Click the Play option from the top menu bar.
