Camila Cabello shared a note on social media about feeling like she was being followed by paparazzi during her personal time at the beach.
As paparazzi snaps of the singer in a bikini circulated the internet on Saturday (April 2), she took a moment to address what she goes through when she just wants to enjoy some time in nature.

"Every time I've been to that beach club in Miami I get twat — somehow when I check the paps I know it and get into my bikini and every time I felt super vulnerable and unprepared,” wrote Cabello, whose new album Family due out on April 8. “I wore bikinis that were too small and didn't pay attention to how I looked, then saw pictures online and comments and was so upset. »
“I remembered when it impacted my self-esteem that I was thinking the thoughts of the culture and not my own. A culture that has become so accustomed to an image of what a “healthy” female body looks like that is completely unreal for many women. Photoshop, restrictive diets, excessive exercise and choice of angles that make our bodies look different from what they are at the moment and in their natural form, when we breathe deeply, when we eat a meal, when we allow the waves to fight around,” she said.
“I remember this, I listen to podcasts about intuitive eating, I'm a woman who comes to terms with their cellulite, stretch marks, belly, bloating and weight fluctuations…and yet I'm a single woman of XNUMXs in the middle of…ton of promo and I want to feel like I look “good,” Cabello admitted.
“Today I got a new bikini, a cute outfit, I put on some lip gloss and I didn't eat anything too heavy before I went to the OCEAN because I knew that would basically be an entire photoshoot,” Cabello wrote. "I held my core so tight my abs hurt and I wasn't breathing and barely smiling and I was so aware of where the paps were all the time that I couldn't let go and relax and do what we're supposed to do when we go out into nature. I tried to pretend they weren't there but I couldn't and held my breath from my deck chair in the ocean.

The 'Bam Bam' singer went on to describe seeing children playing at the beach with 'no self-awareness' and noted that her goal was to 'get back to feeling like I was at 7 on the beach' - 'happy , silly, breathable, pretending to be a mermaid, for FREE.
"I knew I looked 'good' in the pictures and I thought I would feel accomplished and yet I've never had worse times at the beach," Cabello said.
"I'm not at the point in my journey yet where I can't give a—" she added.
Cabello's Next 12 Tracks Family The album includes collaborations with Ed Sheeran (“Bam Bam”), Willow (“Psychofreak”), Maria Becerra (“Hasta Los Dientes”) and Yotuel (“Lola”).
