Few months ago Netflix has announced that in addition to its second season, Bridgerton would have two other editions: the third and the fourth. Indeed, the success of the series was unstoppable and the platform did not hesitate to renew it. Also, the fact that Julia quinn, the original author of the story, having made eight books means there's still a long way to go. Although, at the moment, it is not officially confirmed that Shonda Rhimes will adapt all the novels.
However, beyond what this implies the future of Bridgerton, fans are currently focused on what's to come: the third season. After the furor generated by the first and second edition, the new episodes are eagerly awaited by all. But, the truth is that they will come with a surprise: They will not be in the same order as Julia Quinn's books since the new protagonists are Penelope (Nicola Coughlan) and Colin (Luke Newton).
As is known, Quinn wrote the books in the birth order of the protagonist brothers. That is to say, after learning the story of the two eldest: Anthony and DaphneIt was now the turn of Benedict, the character played by Luke Thompson.
