Assassin's Creed Mirage: the longevity of the Ubisoft game revealed by a leak?
– Reviews News
The Ubisoft Forward, the new event that will finally lift the veils on the future of the Assassin's Creed series and the new projects in preparation at the French company, is now soon far away. In the meantime, a leak may have anticipated an important detail regarding Assassin's Creed Mirage.
Having accepted the action-RPG formula, the last chapters of the Assassin's Creed series offered an activity extremely superior to the original installments of the saga, which presented themselves rather as more linear action-adventure from the point of view of content. The rumors that anticipated the AC Mirage reveal tell us that Ubisoft wants to return to the origins of its franchise and that several RPG elements will be skipped this time.
All this would lead the title to offer alittle adventure compared to what the Origins-Odyssey-Valhalla triptych offers, with approximately 17 to 20 hours of gameplay in total. This is suggested by Adrien Perea, who had correctly anticipated the launch date of Sull & Bones in the past. We do not know if the indication refers only to the campaign or also to secondary activities, but it seems clear that the project will be of a more modest size compared to the more recent chapters. According to rumors spread in the past by Jason Schreier, Mirage was born as Valhalla DLC and then made into a standalone game by Ubisoft.
While waiting to learn more during the Ubisoft Forward on September 10, what seems to be the flagship art of Assassin's Creed Mirage has already seen the light of day.
