What are you going to play this weekend?
– Reviews News
Another week has passed and August is coming to an end. Gamers who are not in the grip of the holidays will however take advantage of this weekend like many others: to play their video games favourites. Starting in September, games will return to release more regularly, but we're sure your order books are more than loaded with titles to complete even during this time. So tell us what will you be playing this weekend of August 20, 2022?
This week brought us the intriguing Rollerdrome, a game only available on PC and PlayStation (at least for now). In our test we explained to you that “Rollerdrome is a fun, very technical and stimulating game. Featuring a level art direction and a gameplay that is rather simple to approach, but very complex to master correctly, Roll7's work sets itself up as an enjoyable game experience with which to fill this last part of the summer. A little more variety in enemies, levels and situations, along with a bit of extra content could get a project off the ground that for now is set up as an enjoyable experience, with the hope that Roll7 will flesh it out in the coming months. ".
On the same day, Way of the Hunter was also released, a hunting simulator that allows us to move through nature with our trusty weapons in search of numerous prey, always respecting wildlife and sustainable hunting means.
Kirby's Dream Buffet
If you want something less violent and much more colorful, we have two different proposals for you: this week the cute Kirby's Dream Buffet has been made available, a new adventure that we have reviewed at this address. Or, if you want something more narrative, you should check out biopic game We Are OFK, dedicated to the digital band: here's our review.
A few days ago, Thymesia, a soul-style action RPG clearly inspired by Sekiro, was also released. You can read our review here.
As already mentioned, we're also sure that many of you still have plenty of games purchased from the last few months (or years!!) ready to launch. So tell us what you will be playing on the weekend of August 20, 2022?
