Justin Bieber has called his wife Hailey Bieber's recent health issues "scary" after technical issues hit her concert in Denver, Colorado on Wednesday.
Video taken from the concert shows the pop singer, 28, addressing Hailey's recent ordeal after problems sent his show into obscurity for 25 minutes.
Once the lights came back on, Bieber said his wife was doing "fine" after being hospitalized last week for a small blood clot in her brain that gave her symptoms resembling a stroke.

“Life randomly throws curveballs at you,” Bieber told the cheering crowd. “You know, we can't really control much. You know, tonight the power cut.
"Obviously you know, most of you probably know or have seen my wife's news, I don't know if you've seen it. She's fine, she's good. It's been scary, you know, it's been really scary but I know for a fact that God has it in the palm of his hands.
Justin's show started off without a hitch as the pop star performed his hits Somebody, Hold On, Deserve You, Where Are U Now and What Do You Mean?, according to 9News.
It wasn't until his song Yummy that the trouble started. Bieber's microphone cut out near the end of the song. Huge video panels on stage went dark.

Lasers and video monitors stopped working, with only pyrotechnics still working, according to TMZ. Photos obtained by the outlet showed Justin sitting on stage with his crew as technicians attempted to restore power.
While the stage was dark, photos posted to 9News showed the lights still shining on the rafters, where fans chanted for the pop star, clapped slowly and even waved as they waited for the show to resume, the site reports.
Finally, after 25 minutes, the concert was able to continue but in a more stripped-down way, according to 9News.
Justin returned for acoustic renditions of Change Me, Love Yourself and Off My Face without the use of large video screens, lasers and half the stage lighting.

It was reported earlier this week that Justin won't be leaving Hailey's side during her traumatic ordeal.
Sources told People Justin "is probably more traumatized than herself."

Hailey revealed she was hospitalized last week in Palm Springs with "stroke-like" symptoms and discovered she was actually suffering from a "small blood clot".
Sources told PEOPLE magazine that Justin was worried sick for his wife despite her pleas to keep him as stress-free as possible while she recovers from the incident.
"Hailey doesn't want anyone to worry about her, but it was a terrifying situation for both of them," the insider said. “Justin is still very worried. He can barely sleep. He remains standing watching her as she rests.
