Stand Out: An LGBTQ+ Celebration – June 9

Hosted by Bob the Drag Queen and Billy Eichner and peppered with surprise stars introducing their fun friends (e.g. Lily Tomlin, Sarah Paulson and Lena Waithe), this comedy show featured queer women and trans comics like Tig Notaro, Patti Harrison, Gina Yashere, Margaret Cho, Judy Gold, Patti Harrison, Mae Martin, River Butcher and Sandra Bernhard. I was at this show, so I can attest that it was indeed very good and truly felt like the biggest LGBTQ+ comic gathering ever! In fact, so many people rallied for it that it went on for a very long time and the last talent of the night - Rosie O'Donnell and Wanda Sykes - only got a few minutes each. Anyway, it was funny, you should watch it!
