A D is any percentage between 60-69%, whereas a failure occurs below 60%. Even though a D is a passing grade, it&#8217;s barely passing.<\/p>\n<p>Is a 3.75 GPA good? A 3.7 GPA is <b>a very good GPA<\/b>, especially if your school uses an unweighted scale. This means that you&#8217;ve been earning mostly A-s in all of your classes.
