Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 price – Foldable smartphones have been making big waves in the past couple of years, with Samsung's Galaxy Z Flip being one of our favorites.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 is the next mobile from Samsung which should be launched in France in August 2022 (expected). The mobile will come with adequate specs and decent specs.
Now, it looks like the Korean giant is already hard at work on the next model, which will hopefully arrive sometime in 2022 in the majority of countries. Here's everything we know so far about the price of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Z Fold 4.

How much will the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 / Z Fold 4 cost in 2022?
We don't have any confirmed details on the new Z Flip 4, so we'll have to refer to previous pricing to guide us. Here's how much they cost at launch:

- Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 – £949/€1/$049/
This drop in price between the first and second generation is most likely due to the decrease in production costs. As with any first-gen product, you usually end up paying a premium to own the latest technology.
That's why we often recommend waiting for the second or third version, as they not only help companies fix problems, but also save money. Samsung is unlikely to lower the price further, as flagship phones, of which this is one, usually hover around £1/€000/$1 these days.
we can't imagine Samsung deviating from what it currently charges. After all, one of the defining advantages of the Galaxy Z Flip 3 was its more affordable starting price of $999. If Samsung wants to convince more people to try the foldable devices, the price has to be right.

When will the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 be released?
Since its introduction in 2019, the Galaxy z fold is usually released in September or, as with the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3, just at the end of August. Using this as our baseline, it seems quite reasonable to assume that the Galaxy Z Flip 4 (and the Z Fold 4) will be released in August/September 2022.
Samsung hasn't said anything official about the Flip 4 yet, but we've heard a few rumors about potential dates, and we can look at previous models to give us a rough estimate.
Some sites report that a Korean tech blogger posted on social media site Naver that the new model will follow the same release pattern as previous models.
Although, looking at previous versions of the Galaxy Z Flip, there is no model:
- Samsung Galaxy Z Flip – February 2020
- Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 – August 2021
It's likely the leaker is specifically referring to the Flip 3 release date. for the Flip 4 in April. It's the same month as the start of shipments for the Flip 3 last year, which suggests the company is following the same schedule. Interestingly, Samsung has apparently ordered 8,7 million panels - up from 5,1 million last year - meaning it expects to sell even more Flips this time around.
One clue is that Samsung appears to be lining up the Flip for launch alongside the Z Fold models. That's why the Flip jumps from version 1 to version 3, the latter of which is intended to put the naming and numbering convention on par with the Fold, which came out before the Flip.
What are the specs of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4?
There's not much to say about the Galaxy Z Flip 4 yet, but a rumor claims that Samsung may keep the same 6,7-inch internal and 1,9-inch external screens from the Galaxy Z Flip 3. would make sense: the design of the Flip 3 is quite good and the external screen is really useful.
- The Z Flip 4, for its part, retains its slab size and does not include a camera under the screen, unlike the Z Fold 3 which already offers one. The Z Fold 4 could further improve this point.
- Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 is said to run on Android OS v12 and might come with a 4000mAh battery which will allow you to play games, listen to songs, watch movies and many more things again for a longer duration without worrying about the battery draining.
- This next phone from Samsung is expected to come with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. So you can store all your songs, videos, games and more on the phone without worrying about space constraints.
- Apart from that, the mobile is likely to be equipped with a powerful octa-core processor (1×2,84 GHz Kryo 680 & 3×2,42 GHz Kryo 680 & 4×1,80 GHz Kryo 680) so that you can enjoy flawless performance while accessing multiple applications and playing graphics-intense games.
- As for the camera specs, Samsung's phone is said to feature a single-camera setup on the back. There could be a 12 MP + 12 MP so you can click realistic photos.
- Rear camera features could include digital zoom, auto flash, face detection and touch focus. On the front, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 5G is expected to sport a 10MP camera for selfies and video chats.
- The phone is expected to have a 6,7 inch (17,01 cm) screen with a resolution of 1080 x 2640 pixels so you can watch movies or play games.
- Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 5G is expected to come with various connectivity options which could include WiFi – Yes, Wi-Fi 802.11, ac/b/g/n, Mobile Hotspot, Bluetooth – Yes, v5.1, and 5G supported by the device, 4G, 3G, 2G.
- Additionally, smartphone sensors could include accelerometer, gyroscope, proximity, compass, and barometer.
- The dimensions of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 5G are estimated at 166mm x 72,2mm x 6,9mm and its weight could be around 183 grams.

How many Galaxy Z Flips are there?
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip is available in 14 models and variants. In general, the versions are the same device models with a few different features and specifications, such as the amount of internal storage, the processor or simply the 3G/4G/5G frequencies which may be different depending on the country in which the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip is available.

Will Apple make a flip phone?
