With the release of the new firmware update, Sony has made it possible use game lists on PlayStation 5or folders to selectively group your games into.

To create a Gamelist on PlayStation 5, you will first need to make sure your console is updated with its latest software version. To do this, go to Settings > System > System Software, then select System Software Update and Settings. Choose Update System Software, then Update via Internet. You will now know if the console is correctly updated, and if not, you can start the download.

After the first step, head up Library you play through the icon that you find on the far right of the main screen. Next, navigate to Your Collection by pressing R1. From here it will be possible start creating folders on ps5.

Here you will have two distinct possibilities to create folders: select the icon on the left of the screen, or choose a game icon, press Options and select Add to game list > Create game list. Both options will allow you to tick all the games you want to add to your folder. After using the X key to make all selections, press the Add button on the right. You will then be asked to name the folder in question.

The game lists you create will be presented at the top of the collection in the game library. By selecting a folder you will be able to consult all the games you have chosen in alphabetical order. You can add a game to multiple foldersand you can create a maximum of 15 files in all.
