Mog Station and the Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn account management system. Within Mog Station, the player can manage the payment of his monthly subscription and purchase optional services. On October 27, 2014, Square Enix implemented a cash shop at Mog Station. Currently this service offers the following features: Account management, World transfer service, Veteran Rewards and Optional Items.
The optional items you have purchased from the Mog Station store will be sent in-game via a Mog Letter. Go to the delivery Moogle to pick up your optional items. Please note that each item will be delivered separately in its own letter, so you will need space in your letterbox equal to the quantity of items purchased.
If you have reached the maximum number of campaign article letters (20), you will need to delete previously stored/read campaign article letters to free up space so that the new letter can be distributed. Deadlines vary as follows:
- Within 10 days of purchase: Up to one hour may be required for re-distribution.
- More than 10 days after purchase: Up to 24 hours may be required for a new distribution.
However, you cannot check which character received the optional items from the Mog Station after placing your order. Please check your in-game characters to confirm that you have received the optional items you purchased.
Know that it is possible to view your purchase history for any optional items you purchased through the Mog Station Payment History menu or the FFXIV Online Shop Purchase History menu.

How to access the MOG station
Can you connect to the Square Enix online store in different ways. You can use your MEMBERS credentials, your Square Enix account (Mog Station connexion), Facebook or Steam to log in.
Visit https://store.na.square-enix.com to access the Square Enix online store. From there, click the person icon in the top right of the page, then click Login.
You will be prompted to choose your preferred sign-in method. If you have member credentials, please enter them here to login.

If you are unable to log in with your MEMBER credentials, try resetting your password using the "Unable to access your account" link at the bottom of the page. You can also try logging in using a Square Enix (Final Fantasy XI or Final Fantasy XIV), Facebook, or Steam account.
To sign in with a Square Enix account, click the gray bar under the "Continue With" section.
Log in using the information you would normally use to log into Final Fantasy XIV or Mog Station to manage the account.
If the site asks you to fill in information, do so and save your changes. This is to create a member profile that will link the Square Enix account to the Square Enix Online Store account.
(For nickname/username it can be anything you like, although some nicknames may already be in use. If it helps you visualize the difference between the sites, you can use a different nickname but that it's not mandatory).
If the site asks if you want to recover past purchases, you can select "Yes" if you had a previous Square Enix Online Store account. If the site does not allow you to retrieve your purchases or if an error appears, we suggest that you contact the Square Enix Support Center, or select "No" to continue.
Once logged in, you will reach the main page of the Square Enix online store, and the person icon in the top right will be replaced with your nickname. Again, it may be the same or different from the Square Enix ID.
If you try to log in to the Square Enix Online Store or your Member Account and the page keeps refreshing or it logs you in for a while then logs you out, please log in again using a different browser Internet. If available, we suggest Microsoft Edge.
If the site does not work for you, be aware that it is a MOG station maintenance. This operation usually lasts about 30 minutes during which players cannot use these services. You can follow maintenance announcements via this link.
I did not receive items purchased through the Mog Letter FFXIV
You can check the status of purchases on Mog Station via "Payment History". Please note that delivery of items may be delayed during peak periods. If you still haven't received your items despite confirming all the points above, please be aware that it may take up to 24 hours for the items to be delivered.
If you find that your items have not been delivered, try the following:
- Delete all unwanted letters from your mailbox. Your mailbox can only contain a maximum of twenty letters containing freebies, bonuses or optional items.
- Select the Reward Distribution Request button.
The distribution will automatically be retried once the space has been freed up by deleting the old letters. Deadlines vary as follows:
- Within 10 days of purchase : Up to one hour may be required for redelivery.
- More than 10 days since purchase : Up to 24 hours may be required for redelivery.
Please note that each item will be delivered separately in its own letter. So you will have need space in your mailbox equal to the quantity of items purchased.
