Argos 2.0: Academic Portal, Connection, Account and ENT Access

Argos 2.0: ENT Argos 2.0 has been open to all Bordeaux Academy colleges since September 1, 2014. ENT offers numerous digital services to the entire educational community (teachers, education staff, students, parents).

To make it easier for you to use the platform, we have gathered in this article all the information necessary for the administration of the portal as well as the documentation useful for managing the digital services present within the digital space of the colleges of the academy of Bordeaux.

In this article we offer you a guide on how to set up the ENT Argos 2.0 in your institution, and how to connect to the academic portal area.

Argos 2.0 Academic Portal

Argos 2.0 is open to all colleges of the Academy of Bordeaux. SLOW offers many digital services to the entire educational community (teachers, education staff, students, parents).

Account creation

Create teleservice accounts for students and parents so that they can benefit from access to the ENT. For national education staff, access is via the credentials of the academic messaging system.

Teleservice account

There are no changes for the generation of teleservices accounts for the start of the 2017 school year. All existing accounts are kept.
We remind you that these accounts are essential for the access of students and managers to ENT Argos and LEA.

• For companies, there will be generation of one account per child in school. The person in charge will have the possibility of merging his various accounts into one grouping together all of his children. The two managers can no longer merge their accounts to keep only one.

You will find on the website (click on "documentation" in the left menu) this documentation and all other documentation concerning teleservices.

Student and responsible accounts are managed by each school. Managers and students should contact the secretariat of their establishment.

Note that for national education staff, access is done with the credentials of the academic messaging system.

SARAPIS account

Sarapis is a tool accessible at the address http://sarapis.ac-bordeaux.fr

The ENT Argos 2.0 administrator will have to connect to it with his username admin_rne and can from this module:

• import users into ilias (follow card_sarapis_ilias_argos2)
• identify students who do not have a teleservice login (follow the sarapis_account_teles_argos2)
• add and remove guests to the ENT Argos 2.0 (follow the guest_sarapis_sheet_argos2)
• prepare a user file to import on the school's educational server (scribe or solstice). He will thus be able, for the pupils only (impossible for the professors by security) to grant the Argos 2.0 identifiers with those of the teaching server of the establishment (follow the file_sarapis_reseau_peda_argos2).

Argos 2.0: Connection and authentication

Access to the ENT is made from the usual address https://ent2d.ac-bordeaux.fr/argos/ using academic messaging accounts for staff and teleservice accounts for students and parents.

For access your Argos 2.0 account, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to the usual address: ent2d.ac-bordeaux.fr/argos.
2. Click on "Connection: Access OSE".
3. A page is displayed to choose the type of authentication: Student or Parent, Academy staff, Guest or Manager. ARGOS.
4. Click on the type of authentication according to the type of your account.
5. An interface of Argos 2.0 connection is displayed, enter your username and type your password.
6. Access your Argos 2.0 space by clicking on the button " To validate ".

Set up the argos ENT in your establishment

To be able to use the platform, you must follow the following steps:

• 1st step : Create teleservice accounts for students and parents so that they can benefit from access to the ENT. For national education staff, access is via the credentials of the academic messaging system.
• 2nd step: Choose the services you want to make available to users.
• 3nd step: Configure the portal for each user profile. It is the administrator of the ENT of your establishment who will be responsible for this step. He must connect to the following address: http://ent2d.ac-bordeaux.fr/argos using the admin_rne account (username and password that you received on August 26, 2015 at the secretariat, if you cannot find it anymore, please write to argos@ac-bordeaux.fr).
• 4nd step: Please note that the opening of certain services will require a request from the head of the establishment at the following address: argos@ac-bordeaux.fr. In addition, in some cases, the administrator will have to configure certain services to make them operational.

Note that a mailing list admin-argos@ac-bordeaux.fr is reserved for Argos administrators. It is accessible after registration, at the request of the head of the establishment at argos@ac-bordeaux.fr. This address is not intended for parents and students, who must contact their school.
